Sally Earnshaw
Managing Director
Sally’s has over 25 years’ experience at a senior level building, managing and leading teams to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results. Her passion for unlocking potential in people led her to the arena of learning and development where her enthusiasm, energy and drive has led her to be described as ‘a force of nature’. She is on a one woman mission to improve customer service in the UK and has previously judged on a number of different award schemes.
Yvette Wise
Account Director
Yvette comes with masses of energy, enthusiasm and over 20 years of sales and service operational experience. She has a strong background in coaching and performance management, has managed multi-functional contact centre and field based sales teams and uses this experience when designing performance improvement strategies. Yvette has delivered profitable and sustained results across industry and organisation, with clients including IBM, AXA, Marks and Spencer, TUI and Nationwide. Yvette has judged at TJ Awards

Lindsay Terris
Account Director
Lindsay has a strong operational and sales background developed through holding senior positions across contact centre and back office operations with major blue chip organisations. In her role as Account Director at Blue Sky she works with clients across sectors. Lindsay has delivered multiple award-winning sales and service transformation programmes, combining current thinking and research. She has a passion for coaching and developing people. Her most recent projects include RBS, Barclaycard, Barclays, CYB and Direct Line Group. Lindsay is judging at the UK Complaint Handling Awards
Rupert Leyland
Account Director
Rupert has 20 years’ experience in both sales and service roles and has led teams of up to 300 people. He works closely with clients on a strategic and operational level to deliver robust ROI across people, customer and business metrics. He is famous for tuning into customers’ needs, delivering frank messages with charm, sharing knowledge and insight. He is a judge on the ECCA awards panel.

Cilla McKay
Account Director
Cilla is highly experienced in Organisational Development and Change Consultant, with specialist skills in transformational leadership, employee engagement and communication. She is a strategist, using intuition and developed problem solving skills working with sales, service and leadership teams, to mentor and support them to achieve greater organisational success. She has considerable experience in the Public sector as well as in supporting cultural and service transformation projects. Cilla is a regular judge on the Customer Service Awards
Guy Bloom
Head of Leadership
With an impressive track record in delivering award-winning leadership development and executive growth programmes for blue-chip companies across sector, Guy is the driving force behind our approach and the evolution of our leadership solutions. He will act as the subject matter expert, ensuring you benefit from his depth of experience and legendary creativity. Guy is a regular judge on the Training Journal Awards.

Isy Percival
Account Director
With 27 years’ commercial experience working with organisations across sector, including Barclays, BT, Cable & Wireless, Experian, First Utility, Hiscox, HSBC, Northern Trust, Tyco International and VNU Publications, she has led multiple service transformation programmes.
