Sally’s has over 20 years’ experience at a senior level building, managing and leading teams to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results. Her passion for unlocking potential in people led her to the arena of learning and development where her enthusiasm, energy and drive has led her to be described as ‘a force of nature’. She’s on a mission to change the nation’s customer experience and has the Blue Sky team at her side, with a core purpose of making the world just a little bit more human. She has previously judged on numerous award panels.
Rupert has 20 years’ experience in both sales and service roles and has led teams of up to 300 people. He works closely with clients on a strategic and operational level to deliver robust ROI across people, customer and business metrics. He is famous for tuning into customers’ needs, delivering frank messages with charm, sharing knowledge and insight. He has also judged on the ECCA awards.
Yvette comes with masses of energy, enthusiasm and over 20 years of sales and service operational experience. She has a strong background in coaching and performance management, has managed multi-functional contact centre and field based sales teams and uses this experience when designing performance improvement strategies. Yvette has delivered profitable and sustained results across industry and organisation, with clients including IBM, AXA, Marks and Spencer, TUI and Nationwide. Yvette has previously judged on the TJ Awards.
As an account director at Blue Sky – Experts in People Change, Baden partners with FTSE 100 organisations to implement extensive customer service and engagement transformation programmes. He has extensive experience in learning and development, organisational development, sales and customer service and is a certified practitioner in EQi 2.0 Emotional Intelligence. His passion is to built relationships, deliver highly successful solutions and make people laugh. Baden’s career at Guess, Mothercare and Gate Retail Onboard, showcase his insight in retail, travel, leisure and hospitality. Baden is currently a judge at the UK Customer Experience Awards.
