On Friday 3rd April we ran the first free webinar in our ‘Helping your customers in a time of high anxiety’ series.
During this webinar our Blue Sky team uncovered successful skills and mindsets for customer facing colleagues to have better conversations with customers, at this time of high anxiety. In this session we focused on the mindset of Buoyancy, coupled with two skills: Proactively Reassure and Give Clear Explanations.
