During this webinar our Blue Sky team uncovered successful skills and mindsets for customer facing colleagues to have better conversations with customers, at this time of high anxiety. In this session we focused on the mindset on the mindset of Accountability, coupled with the skills of Adapt your Style and Confirm Next Steps.
