- Savvy – Analytical and commercially aware
- Gravitas for days – Strong communication skills, both written and verbal & comfortable managing senior stakeholder relationships
- Occupy our sweet spot – Expert in customer management / high volume operational environments, with an existing network of contacts
- Know your onions – Understand at least one market sector, inside out
